Cue the bow-chikka-wow-wow music, this bodacious stack-up is sexier than Drake lounging naked on a bearskin rug. The burger is the creation of Mark and Honey Falcioni, co-owners of Bangkok’s beloved Daniel Thaiger food truck. Although the couple puts out weekly specials (Greek, foie gras, etc.), you can’t go wrong with the classic: a sizzling-hot beef patty on a squishy sesame seed bun with smoky bacon, sharp California cheddar, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a special sauce. It costs less than $5 USD, and if you visit the truck when it’s parked at Craft on Sukhumvit 23, you can wash your burger down with craft bottles from Norway’s Nøgne Ø, Japan’s Baird Beer, and dozens of other international breweries.
