The shelves at Louisville Beer Store are stocked with the good stuff, including tall cans from homegrown brewery Against the Grain and limited-run bombers from leaders of the new school in Stockholm (Omnipollo), Austin (Jester King), Brooklyn (Grimm Artisanal Ales), and Munster, Indiana (3 Floyds). If you like what you see but want to sample the wares fresh off a tap, stop by Holy Grale and sister space Gralehaus. They’re owned by Lori Beck and Tyler Trotter, the same couple that runs the Louisville Beer Store. In addition to lengthy beer lists, Holy Grale and Gralehaus serve some of the meanest bar fare and brunch food south of the Mason-Dixon.
