Triangular bookcases in concept shops may be something of a cliché at this point, but who cares when the shelves are stacked with so many products you have to have? That’s the case at Fern + Arrow in Buffalo, NY. Joanne Dina and Gordon Scherer, co-owners of Elmwood Village women’s shop Anna Grace, have busted their tails stocking their lifestyle boutique with cool concrete candle holders by Spacio Terreno, cacti needlepoints, boxes of sea salt soap, “dude” colognes from MCMC Fragrances, playful tassel necklaces by Seaworthy, breezy chambray dresses, a fine selection of stationery, and how-to books about decluttering your life. (There may be an irony to that last part, but we’ll let it slide.) Shopping here makes a person happy, and that’s all that matters.
